Clinical Director
Leslie Fitzwater, MSW, LCSW.
Leslie provides in-person and telehealth therapy. Known for her conversational, relational approach, she works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions. With over a decade in human services, her background spans medical care, hospice, mandated services, and general mental health. Leslie also performs MIGDAS-2 assessments for adults with suspected Level I ASD and provides supervision for students and professionals.

Clinical Intern & Administrative Support
Alyssa Gray, MSW Candidate.
Alyssa is a social work graduate student completing her MSW at NM Highlands University, with a background in victim advocacy and crisis support. She has worked with individuals navigating trauma, life stressors, and difficult transitions, and brings a calm, grounded approach to therapy. Alyssa is committed to creating a supportive space where clients can feel comfortable, understood, and supported as they work toward change.
Provides therapy under supervision of Leslie Fitzwater.

Practice Manager
Laura King, MSW, LCSW.
Laura is a licensed clinical social worker with experience across severe mental illness, correctional settings, and general practice. In addition to providing telehealth therapy, she oversees all administrative operations to ensure a personalized, high-quality client experience.

Preston founded RMC in 2022 to expand access to thoughtful, high-quality behavioral health & wellness services in the region.

Zeke oversees internal office morale and maintains a firm commitment to rest throughout the workday. Fortunately, he is unbothered by workplace politics and remains universally approachable.

Bailee
Bailee was appointed to CCO in 2023. She specializes in both giving and receiving emotional support, reminding us that sometimes we just need a little comfort & patience.
